Worst food ever! Ordered menu item where you pick 2 , chose chicken enchilada and chicken quesadilla. Someone other than our waitress brought food to the table. Received beef quesadilla and took one bite...absolutely terrible...again, someone other than our waitress removed our plates. She did ask if I wanted a box for my leftovers (my entire dinner) and I said NO!! Our waitress did finally come back to our table with our bill and I did tell her the food was terrible and she apologized. We go out almost every Friday night but will definitely not be coming back to Chili's!

I have to admit i'm a sucker for their southwest egg rolls . And chipotle chicken strips . It gets a 3 from me because of its draft beer selection . They need to have at least 1 local microbrew to get a rating better then a 3 . For a chain restaurant their are better then most.

Very nice staff... food is ok but not great. Our food order was correct, but alcohol drinks were not. The place was packed wall to wall so it was understandable. I wish the remodel would have included a bigger building as we were packed in like sardines in a can. The staff really makes the best of the limited space. I will say tho, my mother in law had got food poisoning from there a week before my visit. And about a year ago I got food poisoning from take out... while I was pregnant. That was horrible. This last visit my son got sick from the guacamole. Sad! 3 strikes and you're out chilis. Hope others don't have the same experience with food poisoning. Wasn't my idea to go there this last time, but trying to be a good sport I risked it anyways. Not worth it:(

Terrible service. Waiter was negligent to service, too busy cracking jokes to notice we were out if drinks for over half hour. Spent three hours waiting for only chips and regular entrees. I can understand being busy, but it wasn't.

They do not carry the fajita pita sandwich which was amazing. There food is ok, but the staff is not always friendly... The tables are always sticky too... There appetizers are basic...they push the boozy drinks on you and once you order pop they seem to loose interest in their level of service...

We ordered to go. Our food was over cooked and cold. That takes talent. Mine was so nasty I could not even eat it. We ordered the SW Egg rolls, Beef nachos as a dinner and the margarita chicken. The Egg rolls were over done 2 of the 3 were cut the 3rd was left whole. They were not even warm when we got them home. Maybe a 7 minute drive. My meal the beef nachos. Was disgusting there were 10 chips covered in some sort of goop with what was supposed to be fajita beef. Turns out it was beef jerky. This is how over done they were. The margarita chicken was cold we had to reheat it in the microwave this is supposed to be grilled chicken? But with no grill marks Interesting. We will not be going back.

St. Joseph Chili's is horrible! I have had 3 bad experiences in a row. Their new manager Mario is not manager material. He doesn't seem to care and doesn't make it right. The last time I was there I had a very gross blob of chicken yuck and fat (4" diameter) in the middle of my Chicken Enchiladas. Mario came over, looked at it and said he would examine it closer in the kitchen. I was literally nauseous. Mario never came back. The waitress came back with the bill and said that Mario wouldn't be offering a discount. I asked her to have Rick, the general manager call me. I was with a group of people so I paid my bill and thought the general manager would call me. He didn't. I have had it! That was absolutely disgusting and it shocked me that the management didn't care. This last month I asked my group of girlfriends to move the location of our lunch to another restaurant every month. Our little group spending a few hundred dollars each month won't put them out of business but I can't go back there!

This place is so hit or miss for us especially with the service. I can't tell you how many times our appetizer or order was never entered into the system and we just waited around for food that wasn't coming and received no discount. Food is slightly more consistent, that is if the waitstaff gets your order right.

I try and give this chain a chance once or twice a year and they continue to blow me away with a horrible experience. Service = Horrible! In the girls defense she was overwhelmed with the number of tables she had and closing activities. Management needs to account for this. Food = Horrible! I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was raw (bleeding) the first time it came out and was a touch less raw (light red blood coming from it) after they brought it back. Fries were cold on both trips. Cleanliness = Horrible! Every time I go the kitchens smell bad, the floors and tables are filthy and the bathrooms are poorly maintained. I will give one good thing about Chili's though... the chips and salsa is VERY good consistently. I have tried Chili's in several states, several cities, and they usually all have the same things I mention above.

Took the kids out to chili's for great report cards. I wish we would have gone someplace else. To start with, they sat us by the kitchen, in the noisiest part of the restaurant; which they didn't need to, due to empty booths elsewhere in the establishment. First we ordered the guacamole appetizer, and it took forever getting out to us (30min). Then as a bonus they mixed the guacamole right there in front of us for freshness. Lol! The waiter said he had never done it before and started in. Soon we had avocado in the mixing bowl, on the platter, on the floor; every time he smashed and mixed, I watched my green gold fall helplessly to oblivion, never to be consumed by me. Oh! the Humanity! Clearly the waiter didn't have time to do this task, and shouldn't have to in my opinion. We ordered our meals the same time as the guacamole, so to get in an out on a school night. 30 minutes later, here comes our meal. My spicy chicken tacos are cold as a fridge, with black bean sauce spilled all over them, horrible! My Daughters beef quesadilla looked like they opened a package of chipped beef and a little cheese, threw them inside a couple of taco shells, and fried them. The meat was harder than jerky and they were cold, and stale,Yuck! My Son ordered a bacon burger medium well. It came to him, a very well done, hockey puck! My wife had the spicy shrimp tacos and they were ok. I took one bite of my chicken tacos and the waiter saw the look on my face, and asked if anything was wrong. Needless to say I had him take them away, almost lost my appetite, but he said I'll get you new tacos right away. 25 minutes later, after my family tried to enjoy their meal, and pretty much gave up on that, and were done; here comes my New chicken tacos! By now, I'm pretty much bent. My wife is ready to verbally destroy the first employee she sees, and my kids are playing the iPads with their plates still 3/4 full. Wow! what a celebration!!!!!! To be fair, I don't think it was the waiters fault, Chili's cooks are terrible, but that wasn't going to persuade my wife not to say something to the manager, which she did. I was expecting the manager to give us the run around, and excuse after excuse, but he didn't. He owned up to the problem, took full responsibility, apologized, paid for the meal, and even gave us $40 dollars in coupons. Because of the manager being a stand up person, we will give Chili's another try in the future, just not for a special celebration. Cheers everybody!!!

We were at Chilis last night. When we arrived, we we're seated right away. But most of the guests around us had the manager visiting the tables and apologizing for the horribly slow kitchen. The couple behind us had been there for over an hour. They had ordered a fish meal and a soup and salad. My wife and I ordered burgers (that's all we ever order here.). The burgers arrived pretty quickly but were under cooked and not very hot. Service was ok, but they are obviously having kitchen problems. Hope they get it straightened out soon. I am willing to give them another try, but my wife says no way.

When were traveling back n' forth from Chicago to Flint and its late there aren't many options for road food that is quick and easy. This Chili's is off of 94 and I mean 2 miles off....but for a chain, its solid. We know we can stop here and get a decent meal at 9/10PM and get back on our way. Great service, decent prices, this is one chain I don't mind stopping at.

It's Chili's.... It's not bad... but it's not good either... I guess it's an upscale Chili's if you like Chili's, but other then that, it's pre processed food.... pass.

Dinner last night was awful at best. The person who seated us didn't even speak to us and moved at a snails pace. Our waitress was good and our food came out quick, however I wouldn't have minded them actually cooking my burger before rushing it to the table. We ordered our burger medium well, what we got was rare and on a stale bun. Sad to say that this place has just gone down hill fast. Would not eat here again any time soon.

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants but I have to admit that Chilis has decent burgers. The fries I got the other night were OK, a little bit undercooked but passable. Their beer prices are OK but their selection of what's on tap is probably why I don't like chain restaurants. Really just bring new ones on the way back. He was very rushed and rude. I don't even know why I keep going back... I guess because I prefer the bad serves at Chili's over the bad food at Applebee's in BH?! Anyway the food is great but the serves sucks!
